Sweet corn prep and harvest

Sweet Corn harvesting is one of the most common services we provide. Using a mule train, which is a mobile packing line machine, a crew of roughly 50 people can harvest around 10,000 bushels per day.

The mule train works by traveling through the field slow enough for the farm labor to pick and keep pace. The ears of corn are thrown into a basket where packers grade and pack the ears of corn into a wood crate or an RPC. Then the crates/packages are stacked on a truck that will then travel to the shipping facility.
